What to expect on your next appointment
We will contact you prior to your appointment to do a pre screen for any symptoms that could be related to cold, flu or covid 19. If you are sick please stay home we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment.
Masking is no longer required but if you want your therapist to wear one during your treatment we are happy to accommodate to make people feel safe.
We will have a hand sanitizing station set up so that you can sanitize upon arrival and before you leave. Or you can go into the bathroom and wash your hands.
Payment will be done prior to treatment in the room, we encourage you to use contactless payment methods: debit, credit and or Etransfer. And your receipt will be emailed to you.
Our cancellation policy will be relaxed because we understand things can change in the 24 hours before your appointment. So please if anything changes with your health or if you experience any kind of symptom DO NOT hesitate to contact your therapist to reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge. Also if your therapist is experiencing any symptoms you will be notified to reschedule your appointment as well.
