Cynthia graduated from Grant MacEwan's 2200 hour Massage Therapy program in 2000, she has been a member in good standing with the NHPC since graduation. In 2006 Cynthia opened Back to Nature Wellness Centre, with the intention to create a safe welcoming environment for people to come get rejuvenated and return to a state of balance.

These courses have all added something to Cynthia's approach when dealing with clients individual needs. Cynthia's current focus and expertise is in her combination of gentle fascial decompression, deep tissue techniques and dynamic cupping massage.
Cynthia has been doing yoga since 2000, exploring different modalities over the years. Most recently in 2019 has taken a keen interest in The Class, as a way to stay in shape and strengthen mind body connection.
Cynthia is also loves music, cooking, and spending time with her two beloved pomeranians Elvis & Lulu.

Cate has been practicing massage since 2003 when she graduated from the 2200 hour massage program at Grant MacEwan. She fell in love with Mana Lomi in 2011 and has been practicing it ever since. She has travelled several times to Hawaii for studies with Dr, Maka’ala Yates. Mana Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage where nurturing and soothing strokes relax the muscles and the practitioner’s body weight is used to gradually work down to the bone. It is a versatile style of massage that is effective for stress relief as well as therapeutic and deep tissue massage.
Depending on your needs, hot towels, hot stones or cupping may also be used. You will also be given stretches and exercises to do at home to help you heal faster.
If you have extended healthcare coverage, Cate can direct bill to most major insurance companies, and is a member of NHCP.
Cate feels honoured to have worked with a variety of healthcare professionals, from doctors to acupuncturists, physiotherapists and
chiropractors throughout her career. She has found her home at Back to Nature Wellness Centre and has been working here since 2009.
She is also passionate about music, yoga, gardening, food, knitting, running and basically slowing down enough to focus on enjoying each day.

Laurie Fieseler has been a full-time practicing massage therapist since 1989, when she graduated from the Grant MacEwan Massage Therapy program.
Since that time she has studied Craniosacral Therapy, Myofacial Realease, Neuromuscular Therapy and Trager Bodywork. Laurie incorporates all of these modalities, tailoring her treatments to the individual needs of her clients. She is able to provide deep tissue as well as subtle and relaxation techniques.
Laurie's intent is to provide a safe and peaceful space for her clients to drop into their bodies to heal, relax and unwind.
She has been a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada since 1997.
Laurie lives with her husband and 21 year old son in Riverdale. She enjoys running, hiking and biking. Laurie also likes to paint, draw and DIY projects of all kinds.
