Cynthia Christensen

graduated from the Grant MacEwan Massage Therapy program in 2000 and is currently a member in good standing with the NHPC. Since graduation, she has taken courses in Deep Tissue massage therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. This has given Cynthia the tools to approach her treatments with a strong but gentle touch that invites the body to release on it’s own. In February 2006, Cynthia opened Back to Nature Wellness Centre. She takes great pride in being able to offer a safe and comfortable environment for people to escape the outside world and get reacquainted with what is happening in their own body.

Cate Nightingale

She has training and experience in therapeutic, pregnancy, sports, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation and hot stone massage. Cate incorporates relaxation techniques, gentle exercises and stretches into her therapeutic massage treatments for more lasting results. Cate believes that frequent massage helps a person to gain physical awareness, improving one’s ability to recognize problem areas, thereby preventing serious injury.
